STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Agreement

By placing an order with Esperanza Scent, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any other terms proposed by the customer are not valid unless explicitly accepted in writing by us.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EGP and may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed via the available payment methods (including Cash on Delivery if offered).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered through third-party shipping companies. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier performance.

Once the order is handed to the shipping company, responsibility for delivery timing and handling is transferred to the courier service.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must report it immediately upon receipt with clear photo or video evidence.

Claims made after delivery without proof may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping company, but we will support customers in resolving such issues.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product nature:

• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed, and unused products in original condition.
• Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

7. Product Responsibility

Perfume bottles are fragile. Once delivered and accepted, the product is considered received in good condition unless otherwise proven at the time of delivery.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for improper use or storage of products after delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
